1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Rental Fix Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Rental Fix Solutions provides property maintenance services including but not limited to cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, and general repairs. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply for returned checks.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Rental Fix Solutions is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 30-day warranty on labor for most services. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.

7. Emergency Services

Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday services. Rates will be communicated before service begins.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
